We have designed a digital font with the closest appearance to pen on paper hand writing.
Rewriting
the Rules
Our bespoke typeface achieves the visual appearance of hand writing within the technical constraints of a digital font. To achieve this we created an extensive variety of individual characters, unusual ligatures and hand drawn symbols.
Programmed
Inconsistency
We had to accept the visual inconsistencies of handwriting, usually something to avoid in typography design. However, this became the distinctive feature of our font combined with custom software to generate a random sequence of repetitive letters to give a natural hand written appearance.
